The Board has two LED's these tell you the following information:-

Both LEDs, a AC voltage at "A" and "B".
LED lights only "A", is a DC voltage with extra "A" and minus on to "B.
LED lights only "B" is a DC voltage with extra "B" and negative to in "A.
