Advanced track system

Our tried and tested H0 standard model railway system (formerly called PILZ) represents an economic alternative for all hobby railway enthusiasts. This system offers the most important basic elements that you require for the construction of your model railway. Simple and curved points, crossings, straight and curved track sections as well as a flex track. The standard track consists of a polyamide sleeper band in which the model track fastenings are shoved into the blank new silver track profiles that are 2.5 mm in height. The tongues and cores of the points are produced and galvanized from die cast zinc.

In the case of the points the frogs, middle section rails and switch blades are connected via inserted contacts in an electrically conductive manner. In this way the frog that is respectively adjoining determines the polarity of the entire point central section. The simple insertion and plug-in technology makes it possible to additionally offer a large proportion of the tracks and points as an assembly kit. The advantages for the model railway enthusiast are to be found in the individual adaptability of the elements to the specific conditions of his set and obviously due to the additional, very welcome saving of costs.
