Delivery of your order
We try to ensure all orders received and paid for are dispatched the next day - apart from weekends and public holidays, when the next available working day will be used.
Items that are out of stock will be notified to you ASAP.
If you select the 'Best Way' flat rate postage, we'll deliver using our choice of method, and the item will be insured for its full value. If you need items urgently, or have ordered a high value, then we suggest you select 'special delivery' to provide insurance on your order.
You will receive regular emails as your order progresses to inform you of its progress.
While we try to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, speed shall not be of the essence unless specified as such in writing at the time of order. We'll not be held liable for damage or loss of items once placed in the care of our delivery agent, however caused. DCC Train Automation shall not be liable for loss or damage to shipments that are selected at the time of checkout by the customer to ship via an un-insured service. In the event of loss or damage to un-insured shipments DCC Train Automation shall not be held responsible for any financial, material or peripheral loss, but will provide on a best efforts basis reasonable assistance to the customer by providing information on means and method of shipment if required.
If your item is not in stock, we'll back order it for you. Your order will be treated as confirmed and payment will be taken. If for any reason we're unable to supply an item, we'll refund your payment.
